Executive Development

This is executive coaching for senior and executive leadership and management. The focus is on senior management, team development, and individual contributors with high potential for the organization. These are custom coaching development plans tailored to organization requirements.

Starting point – a Multidimensional Assessment -
The starting point is an in-depth assessment of each person to be coached. We uses validated, certified instruments in this process such as (1) personality profile - Myers-Briggs© ; (2) interpersonal relationships - FIRO-Business©; (3) emotional intelligence – EQ2.0©; and (4) 360º assessments. This is accompanied by confidential interviews with the candidate, direct reports, peers, and bosses. The end result is an evaluation of current individual strengths, performance gaps, and organization requirements.

Development and Performance Plans
Based on the Multidimensional Assessment a detailed development and performance plan is prepared with full consultation with the candidate and their boss. This commonly includes items such as executive education, tours of duty or experience assignments, communication, and creation of an individual and team performance scorecard.
